All our products are normally delivered from stock and are shipped the following working day by first class post. If you require next day delivery then an order can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders outside the UK are sent by Airmail or Priority Airmail. If an item is not in stock you will be advised at once (by email) and a delivery time will be given
Delivery Times
Items sent first class post in the UK normally arrive within 3 working days. Special delivery guarantees next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm (except Sat.) For items sent outside the UK please allow 5-15 days. Special Note For Love Spoons with personal inscriptions: please allow 7 to 14 days. For Rings: Normal delivery times when size ordered in stock otherwise allow up to 7 days. Delivery Charges Payment Methods

Returns Policy We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all items provided that the goods are returned in original condition as sold. (Except earrings and customized items such as inscribed love spoons.) Please contact us by email prior to returning goods.
We do not refund postage and are not liable for the cost of return (Unless the goods are faulty.) In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems at any stage, please feel free to contact us by email.
